Got that tune in your head…?
Today was supposed to be my April Card Class…
…cancellations of all events in our Community Center and the Activity Centers.
I am glad they are careful, but, sad we all can’t get together!
Hopefully we can move ahead for next month…the Garden Club
Events have been cancelled, It was a tough call, but for safety’s sake, I had to make it!
The majority of us who live here are over the age of 65, the high risk group.
We will assess the situation after our POA here assesses the situation too!
All meetings rest on the opening of the
Community Center Hall and the Activity Center Rooms.
The POA will access on April 7th, to reopen or to keep closed.
Here are a couple of Cards I made from DSP,
I had purchased at the Scrap & Stamp Expo last year!
Here are the Cards!
I made 6 of these!
3 with the greeting, low, like the left and
3 with the greeting, higher, like the right!
Isn’t that DSP Pretty? I couldn’t resist!
Here is how I stamped the inside of the Cards!
Used a retired stamp set I had, for the cherry’s!
HERE ARE THE STOCK AND MEASURES:
Poppy Parade- card base, 8.5″ x 5.5″ scored @ 4.25″ fold in half on the score line
Front greeting banner, mat- 1″ x 3.5″
Whisper White- front greeting banner, .75″ x 3.25″
inside panel, 4″ x 5.25″
From my stash…bought at the Expo, I think it may be ‘Authentique’

I fussy-cut the Cherries on the greeting banner from
another piece of the DSP

Simple and Elegant!
Stay Home to be Safe,
Go out only if necessary
to get medications, Dr.’s Appt.’s, Groceries…
…maintain your 6′ Social Distance,
Wash up when you get home!
This is a good time to start making cards and such!!!
COVID-19 made me do it!
Blessings until the next Post…!
