A Retirement Booklet Card!

Hello Everyone!

a couple of days ago, my sister Michele,

texted me that she needed a Retirement Card!

A Co-Worker in her Office is Retiring at the end of the month!

Michele told me that she calls him, ‘the Legend’!

I told her I had an idea…then when I went to make the card…

I went in a totally different direction!

Many people (about 25-30) will be signing the Card.

I went with a Booklet Card!

I also decided to do a Nautical Theme too!

Here is the Booklet Card!

I went with Night of Navy, Balmy Blue, and Whisper White.

The DSP is the Come Sail Away DSP.

I used 5 different patterns for the pages!

Here is the Card Front!

I generated the Greeting off my computer!

I stamped the sailboat and birds.

Inside the front cover & page one!

All stamping and all die-cuts were placed to the corners,

Had to leave room for ‘The Legend’s” co-workers to sign!!

Pages 3 & 4

I stamped the Compass and the cut out the dial hand, and added a silver brad!

Again, lots of open space for signing!

Page 4 & inside back cover!

I die-cut the ships wheel and adhered with a silver brad!

The sentiment on inside back cover, a rogue stamp in my stash!

I do really like this card/booklet!

Usually I make 2 of each…this time only one!

To use up my DSP…I may make some masculine Birthday Cards!

Until the next Post…Fair Winds and Following Seas to you ALL!

Let me know what you think!
