ON ANOTHER NOTE:

I am starting to get my Get Well Cards built up. I found out that my SIL has saved every Card I have sent her. She has a special Tin she puts them in! If that didn’t just make me feel appreciated! I was touched that she saved them! I am happy they are working twofold for her. First to receive them and then the ability to go back through them!

Never underestimate the joy of anyone receiving a handmade card from you! I found out that my BFF also holds on to every card I send her too! I am now blessed twice over!

So get out your card making stuff and go to town! Sure beats a texted message…you have something warm and physical to hold. Also knowing that the time spent on your cards are so appreciated! The power of the pen is touching to those that need it!

Until the next Post…Blessings and Appreciation to you ALL!

Artic Circle Love for Christmas!

Hello Folks!

I was out at a store here named ‘Ollie’s”.

It is a store similar to ‘Big Lots’.

They are a type of Merchandise Liquidator store.

They had a metal stool for sale that I wanted to get Mr. Hubster.

As I was strolling through the store…I spied some stickers that

just called out to me, “Buy Me!” (that is what they said!)

Just too cute not to buy them!

I did use them to make up some Christmas Cards!

Here are the Cards!

100_6689

I made 2 of each of these Cards with only two tiny stickers left!

I used the Tree Punch to punch out the Gold Foil Christmas Trees!

Card #1

100_6690

These are 2 of the large Penguins. The sparkle is that laser look on the stickers.

I used one of the shells for a tree topper and the other style shell, for a gift!

The tree, tree topper, and gift shell are bejeweled with the

Noble Peacock Rhinestones in Pretty Peacock!

Card # 2

100_6692

The Bears! There are 2 Cards with them!

Night of Navy card base, Whisper White background.

On all Cards, the bottom half of the cards are layered with wavy cut strips,

after the front panel was run through the Big Shot to emboss with the

Softly Falling Embossing Folder! You have to look hard to see it in the pictures.

Card #3

100_6693

This one shows the falling snow look and wavy background, that is on all the cards!

The smaller of the 2 Penguins.

The bears, also had 2 smaller bears.

The Inside of all the Cards!

100_6695

Kept his real simple.

I have some people that will be sent these cards!

I normally don’t use stickers at all! But, these

stickers just called out to me to make some cards with them!

Unexpected Fun with a Cool Find!

Until the next Post…Blessings and ‘Cool Finds’ to you ALL!
