Sail In the Direction of Your Dreams!

Hello All!

Today’s Card is the Card we made in my Stamp Class, last night!

Had to Postpone a week, due to Hurricane Dorian.

I CASEd (Copy And Share Everything)

from LeAnne Pugliese from Wee Inklings!

Here is what LeAnne’s Card looked like!

I just fell in love with this Card! You know me and Nautical stuff!

When you CASE a card, you can switch something up, to make it yours!

Leann stamped her Lighthouse onto the DSP, then cut it into three Strips!

The 3 strips, they run horizontally.

I used one piece of DSP and Die Cut my Lighthouse!

Here is my Take on Leanne’s Card!

The Card base is Whisper White Thick measuring 8.5″ x 5.5″ scored @ 4.25″ and folded on the score, in half.

The Come Sail Away DSP measures 4″ x 5″

I used a scrap piece of Crumb Cake to cut out the rope along the bottom!

Whisper White Regular was used to stamp the greeting, lighthouse, and anchor!

Night of Navy Ink was used for the greeting, inside sentiment, lighthouse and anchor.

Night of Navy Cardstock was used for the mat. I cut out a piece like the greeting

with the Smooth Sailing Dies, and then cut that in half for the mat for the greeting!

I used a scrap of Poppy Parade for the ship’s wheel, Soft Suede Cardstock,

stamped with Soft Suede Ink, for the compass, and

another little scrap of Early Espresso, for the compass needle!

2 Gold Brads, 1 was used for the ships wheel center and another for the compass center!

A piece of the Night of Navy/Sahara Sand Baker’s Twine is looped into the anchor!

The Smooth Sailing Dies were also used to cut out the lighthouse, anchor,

ships wheel,  greeting banner, mat and the compass needle.

I used the 1 1/2″ Circle Punch for the compass!

Here is the card, once more!
