Here is Part 2 of the Butterflies on Parade, using up all of
that beautiful DSP that was in the
Cardmaker & Papercrafts Magazine, from the UK!
The name of the DSP is Butterflies and Blooms by Elizabeth Beveridge.
On to the Parade!!!
This was yesterday’s Challenge Card!
This is Card #7
I used the Highland Heather for the card base and die cut butterfly. I also used the Stitched Labels Dies for the Greeting Label. Highland Heather Ink was used for the greeting and the inside sentiment, and the sprig inside. I used Pear Pizzazz Ink for the leaves on the greeting label.
I used the New In Color, Rococo Rose for the Card base and the die cut butterfly.
Rococo Rose Ink is also used for the greeting and the inside sentiment.
Pear Pizzazz was used for the sprig inside. I colored in the little roses inside with the Stampin’ Blends Alcohol Ink Pen in Rococo Rose.
Butterflies Dies and Stitched Labels Dies were used on the cardfront!
A Recap of the 1st Butterflies on Parade!
Old Olive and Blackberry Bliss!
I really like the color combo!
I used this one for a Challenge too!
Blackberry Bliss was the star of this
Clean and Simple (CAS) Card!
The New In Color Purple Posy and the Regal Color
Blackberry Bliss were the stars on this Card!
Highland Heather was my main color here! I also made the greeting
pop by die cutting a second greeting in Basic Black and adhering them
a bit off to make the greeting look shadowed!
Garden Green and Granny Apple Green,
along with Blueberry Bushel, popped out on this pretty card!
The Vellum Sheet die cut label, softened the look,
and the Granny Apple Green Vellum leaves,
leftovers from a past Paper Pumpkin kit…just made this card!
Again, Purple Posy and Blackberry Bliss color combo made this card!
I brought in the front butterfly colors to the inside in
Melon Mambo and Daffodil Delight!
And on ALL the cards…that Basic Jewels Rhinestones gave
each Card it’s great Bling appeal!
These Cards made up a great set of Cards!
What a great gift!
Until the next Post…Blessings and Butterfly Kisses to you ALL!
I hope you enjoy the rest of your day today!
