Hello All!
I don’t know about you, but sometimes when I am in any of the Craft stores…I find items that look like they would be fun to do. I look for many things when I shop, but sometimes I fall upon items like today’s cards! Truth be told, I do not remember which of the Craft stores I purchased these kits from, but it has been several years and I decided to just put them together. I did try to sell them at my Craft Sale, they didn’t sell. I decided that I would finally put them together! What follows are the cards I put together. It took 2 days to put these together…the heat here has been horrible. We have caught a break in temps and I am getting ready to hit the Craft Room again! I have a few errands to run and then I am going into the Craft Room to play!
Each Kit shown below had the makings for 6 cards, with envelopes!
There are 2 of each card shown!
Kit #1
The kits come with card base, DSP, and stickers. I trimmed down DSP to fit the Card base. The strip trimmed off the DSP, I used for a contrast for the 6 cards! Although these are finished with the stickers…I set them aside and will get back to them again. I have some ideas on other things to do with these cards! I want to die cut some greetings for these!
Kit #2
A non-traditional Christmas colored trio! I like it!
Again I have some other ideas to do with this set of cards!
Kit#3
Another non-traditional color combo! On the middle card, I punched out 3 circles, sponged them with Flirty Flamingo Ink and put the stickers on the circles! I may do the same with the others…working on the ideas!
Kit #4
This looks more like Cherry Cobbler and Gray Granite!
Again I have some ideas for a change up here!
I will get back to these after my errands! Consider these the before pictures!
The only one I won’t change is the one with the circles punched!
I just may removed all the stickers here and start over!
As cute as some of the stickers are…they’re stickers and I am not in love with them!
Stay tuned…this may take a couple of days!
Until the next Post…Blessings and Good Change Ups to you ALL!
