Quilted Hugs for CTD546 and FMS391…!

Hello All!

Today’s Card is another combination of 2 challenges!

A sketch challenge and a color challenge!

I used Stampin’Up! Colors:

Night of Navy, Calypso Coral, Bermuda Bay, and Very Vanilla

I liked the quilt so much, in the Color Challenge Photo…I also used

this challenge as a Inspiration Challenge!

HERE ARE THE STOCK AND MEASURES FOR THIS CARD:

CARDSTOCK:

Very Vanilla Thick- card base, 8.5″ x 5.5″ scored @ 4.25″ fold in half on the score

-front panel, 4″ x 5.25″

Very Vanilla Regular- 3″ x 3″ quilt square cut out for the outer frame and some inside quilt pieces

Bermuda Bay- 3″ x 3″ quilt square cut out and a few pieces used for this quilt square

Night of Navy- scallop square behind quilt (approx. 3.25″ x 3.25″)

DSP:

Needlepoint Nook- 3″ x 3″ piece to cut out quilt square pieces ( I used the Night of Navy print paper and the Calypso Coral print paper)

Wood Textures- rectangle behind quilt piece

STAMP SETS:

Paper Pumpkin-Hugs from Shelli- greeting

Healing Hugs- inside sentiment

INK:

Night of Navy- greeting and inside sentiment

TOOLS:

Big Shot- die cutting machine

Quilt Builder Dies- retired, for all quilt squares and pieces

Quilt Top- embossing folder, used to emboss the whole front panel

ON ANOTHER NOTE:

The Pool reopened where I live!

Hurricane Florence destroyed the outdoor and indoor pools.

They have been redone and are up and ready!

So it is back to Swimnastics! I do the 2 different Classes.

Mon-Wed-Fri: are more aerobic style!

Tues-Thurs: are more stretching!

I will be doing 5 days a week!

Some days I won’t/can’t make, but I will try to get to them when

other commitments don’t pull me away from them!

The only form of exercise that I can do and it doesn’t hurt my joints!

I am in my element there!
