More Mega Make & Take Cards!

Hello All!

Here are a few more Cards I worked on from the

Stamp and Scrapbook Expo, I attended in Chantilly, VA with

My good friend Gisele!

These are the rest of the Cards from the

Mega Make & Take on Thursday Night!

Here they are!

This is what they pictured for a mini album.

100_6213

I don’t scrapbook anymore, so I made mine a triple fold card!

100_6214

On Flap #1, I heat embossed in White the flower and greeting!

On the second flap, same flower, different greeting!

100_6215

Here is my inside!

100_6216

This would be a great masculine card too!

Card #2

100_6217

At first I thought these were muffins! The instructor said they were cookies!

The inside of the Card!

100_6218

Card #3-this one is different…it took most of the night to do!

100_6226

Each and every bead is put on one at a time. OK for a small item like this…but,

they had medium and large kits, no small kits like this. Truth be told…not my cup of tea!

The inside was stamped at the show that night.

100_6227

Card #4-this one is cute!

100_6228

I had to hold it shut for it’s glamor shot!

Here he is opened up!

100_6229

This little guy is adorable! I ended up buying the Dies for the Flamingo Card!

Stay tuned for,

when I get to playing with those!

Card #5-the very first card we made!

100_6231

We were handed all the layers…we had to cut them out, one frame smaller, each piece!

Inside Card #5

100_6232

This is a great Masculine Card!

Card #6

100_6234

We made the Frame with all the items here…I just attached mine to

a Crumb Cake card base!

Inside Card #6

100_6235

Card #7-totally made this one at home!

100_6236

I had to cut out the bird under the glass bead/dome!

I also used the Bird Ballad DSP from Stampin’Up!

I didn’t care for the dsp paper they had!

Here is the inside of Card #7!

100_6237

Yes! I had to make another one…it is a gift to give with the Card!

Here is a close-up of the pendant!

100_6239

That is it for the Make & Takes I have done! I still have another to finish,

but I will wait till I get back, from “Sister’s Week”!

Until the next Post…Blessings and Mega Fun to you ALL!

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun for JUGS493 and PP447…!

Hello All!

Summer is Here!

I’ve been MIA, I went to a

Stamp and Scrapbook Expo in Chantilly, VA this past weekend!

I went with a good friend, Gisele…we had a great time!

So much to do and see for us!

I spent more than I thought I would, but when I tallied up the receipts

I didn’t do as bad as I thought!!!!

One of the Classes we did was on Thursday Evening

called the Mega Make & Take…

It was from 5pm to Midnight…

We made all of what we wanted and brought the rest home to finish.

Today’s Card is made from some of the leftovers from the

last kit in the Mega Make & Take!

Very Beachy and fun!

I used 2 Challengers for today’s card.

An inspiration photo and a sketch challenge!

Here are the Challengers!

The Inspiration: Just Us Girls #493  (JUGS493)

100_6195

I used Stampin’Up! Cardstock, Coastal Cabana, for the card base!

The rest of the supplies are from the packet!

Here is how I finished the inside!

100_6196

There were quite a few of these kind of sentiments in the package!

The packet was all inclusive to make a scrapbook page and 2 cards. I did make the cards

(I don’t scrapbook anymore) so I used all the items to make many cards. I will be posting

them for you to see, and also the items made in each of our Workshops we took!

Until the next Post…Blessings and Beachy Fun to you ALL!
