Something For Mom…SIP197

Hello All!

Thank you for peeking in for today’s Card!

I appreciate your loyalty!

Today’s Card is for

Stamp Ink Paper #197

I recapped Mother’s Day Cards yesterday and I went through my stash

to pick out Cards for all my friends and family and came up short!

So I went into my stash and found out I didn’t have enough DSP

to copy more ‘Class Cards’. I then called to place an order and well, sad to say,

the DSP has sold out…they won’t restock since the Occasions Catalog is soon

to be expired by June 3rd. So I took what I had and cut them in half.

(all my DSP, I pre-cut to 4″ x 6″, for storage!)

So I modeled the Card after my Class Card and just used

2 pieces of DSP for the card front!

Here’s the Card!

It is a ‘little’ bit different…I didn’t use vellum leaves and added the dark leaves!

Here is the inside of the Card…similar to the Class Card!

I now have to assemble the rest of the Cards for addressing and mailing!

Whisper White Thick- card base, 8.5″ x 5.5″ score @ 4.25 fold in half on the score

Whisper White Regular- piece for greeting banner, small piece to stamp dark leaves and die cut out

Floral Romance- 2 Vellum front panels, 3″ x 4″ attach to card base overlapping from opposite corners

-another piece to fussy cut leaves from, for card front and inside

-another page from the DSP to punch out the green and white print leaves

Mossy Meadow- greeting and inside sentiment

Strong & Beautiful- greeting and inside sentiment

I hope you all have your Cards all done, or close to being done!

Mother’s Day is May 12th!

My Wonderful Mother went to be with the Lord in 2015.

I make my Cards for my Sister’s and Sister-in-laws and Nieces.

My Mother’s Day Cards for them are the 2 shown above!

All my other Cards will be used for my Friends from Church

and the Knitting Group I belong to!

My Class got their Cards to give and I also gave them All a package

of the Share What You Love Artisan Pearls!

Until the Next Post…Blessings and Love to you ALL!
