Today’s Card is for a Gingham, Plaid or Stripe Challenge!
From Stamp Ink Paper #189 (SIP189)
Here is the Challenge!
Here is my Card!
I have Gingham Paper, but ever since I saw, a card, similar this
in the Occasions Catalog…I had to try!
Using a ruler and lining up diagonally on my Grid Paper,
I drew all the Blushing Bride lines and then colored in between 2 of those lines.
I then used Old Olive to draw the dark lines!
I love how the Plaid turned out…not the Pig.
I didn’t want to use my blends for bleeding to the back.
Next time…I will cut a piece of Whisper White Regular and draw and color
with the Stampin’ Blends, and then attach as a white on white look!

Whisper White Thick- card base
STAMP SET:
This Little Pig- pigs, greeting, inside sentiment
INK:
Memento Tuxedo Black- all Stamping
Stampin’ Blends:
Blushing Bride- pigs, plaid
Old Olive- grass, stripes in pink plaid
Balmy Blue- inside pig wings!
Here is the Card, once more!
Yes, I cut all these pigs apart from their wording!
I wanted to be able to use them separately, and so I did!
