Hello Stampers and Card Lovers!
Welcome Back to another Card
for a Sketch Challenge!
(My favorite Challenges!)
Today’s Challenger is from Freshly Made Sketches # 370 (FMS370)
Here is the Challenge!
I am still playing around with the DSP pads given to me from my Friend!
I have made a resolution to use up all the freebies and gifts of DSP and elements
given to me by Friends…I will admit, I pulled out the pages that I liked
the rest I will give away! Using Non-Stampin’Up! items is a great
challenge to me…matching Cardstock to the colors in the DSP. One thing with
Stampin’Up! Everything is color coordinated…it’s really all done for you!
What I can match I do, if I can’t, then I don’t use it. I like color to
flow, not clash or strain! After all, your card is going to someone you love!
You want them to feel the love in your card, not try to make so sense out of it!
Here is my Card!
Although the stamp set and the punches are retired…they are my
all time favorite butterfly stamps and punches.
I am getting the new one from the Occasions Catalog.
It will be on my next order to go into Stampin’Up!
Until then, I fall back on a retired set that I love to use a lot!
Here is how I did the inside of my Card!
For the front 6 small butterfly’s and the inside small and large butterfly’s,
I stamped them all in Black first and then used sponge daubers to color in
the butterfly’s, then I punched them out! All are adhered by Mini Glue Dots
to the front and to the inside of the Card!

This is lovely! I love those butterflies too. And they are super easy to cut out with the matching punch. Those things are in my stash of “things I never get rid of!” Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches!
Oh this is gorgeous inside and out! I love your choices of papers and sweet little butterflies. Thanks for joining us at FMS this week!
