Scarecrow Birthday Wishes!

Hello All!

Another Bridge Fold Card!

I will have a couple more of these…when I bought this 6″ x 6″ DSP pack

I had it in my mind to make Bridge Fold Cards from the DSP!

The scenes are perfect to cut for the inside of the card AND the

page of individual pictures, of the Farm, were perfect to

fussy cut and add to the ‘scene’!

Here is my Card!

There is a male scarecrow, peeking on the side!

The whole bottom of the DSP, inside here, is sunflowers!

Another angle!

I decided to glam up the female scarecrow with a Glitter Dot!

Also the centers of the 3 sunflowers!

Here is the back of the card!

I finished the back, to have a place to sign the card!

I did stamp the flower from the Painted Harvest Stamp Set!

And lastly…wanted to show that it will fit into a

standard A2 envelope!

Adorable figures! Great Card for kids!

ON A SIDE NOTE:

I did emboss a piece of brown paper (from a mailing)

to place over the front of the card, when mailed…it will

save the envelope from getting ripped, when it goes through

the Postal Meter…I take all brown paper, or white packing paper,

I cut it to 4.25″ x 5.25″ and run it through the Big Shot with

an TIEF or other Embossing Folder and save them for my Cards

that have gem or other embellishment, that make the envelope

lumpy and subject to damage…the insert helps in you mailing!

With some scrap papers…make yourself some of these inserts

to protect the card for delivery, in tact, to the recipient!

Until the next Post…Blessings and sunflowers to you ALL!

Let me know what you think!
