A piece of brown paper from packaging material…3.5″ x 4.75″

Work of Art- retired, chevron print

Birthday Banners- greeting

Balloon Adventures- inside sentiment

Soft Suede- chevron, greeting, inside sentiment

Big Shot- die cutting and dry embossing machine

Basket Weave TIEF- for the brown packaging paper piece

Corrugated Elements- little heart

True Gentleman Buttons- button

Linen Thread- tied around the bottom card front and through the button, tied into a bow

5/8″ Burlap Ribbon- piece cut for under the greeting banner, 3″ and snip an angle on one end

Here is the Card, once more!

I saved this brown paper packing from a delivery Mr. Hubster received!

I cut the paper down to manageable sizes…I then embossed several with different

Embossing folders…I was looking for something else when I came across the stash

I had made up! Glad I did…it just finished the card!

Thanks again for stopping by…Blessings to you ALL!

  1. Very masculine and I like that you included some upcycled materials. The linen twine is a great choice. Thank you for joining us at As You See It this week.

  2. Mmmm! Texture! Love it! And I’m a big fan of monochromatic designs. This is a great masculine project and you’ve brought in some really interesting choices for materials! Thanks for joining us at As You See It Challenges!

  3. A great masculine card…lots of texture and interest but not fussy, perfect for a guy! Great use of our AYSI sketch, thanks for playing!
