Hello Everyone!
Thank you for peeking in today!
Today’s Card is for a combination of 2 Challenges!
One is a Color Challenge, the other, a Technique Challenge!
Here are the Challengers!
First, the Technique Challenger…Just Us Girls #453 (JUGS453)
I am guessing this means a ‘quick watercolored’ card…?
Second, the Color Challenger, the Paper Players #405 (PP405)
What a great Color Combination! Very Summer-like!
Here is my Card!
I used the Pumpkin Pie and Mango Melody in the flowers,
The So Saffron is the Card base!
One note…when I ‘water-color’, I used alcohol in my Aqua Painter!
I find, I don’t have to use ‘watercolor’ paper and it dries quicker,
without curling the cardstock too!
The ‘water-coloring’ part of this card was very quick…I am guessing that is the ‘fast’ part!
Here is the inside of my Card!
The stems on the inside, came out in a two-toned look! I did not plane it, it just happened!

On Another Note:
I have a wonderful friend up North that is going through many health issues, regarding her Scleroderma. This disease also affects her auto-immune system, heavily. Please keep my friend, Patsy in prayer. The Doctors say her mortality, at this point is 5 years. She just became a Grandmother, and is loving the joy of that right now! Patsy tires very easily and please join me in praying for a miracle for Patsy. I would love for her to be able to watch that Grand-baby grow up! Also her youngest son is only in his second year of college. What a wonderful family! I do miss her much, and I guess I didn’t realize the extent of her illness…when we last spoke, a week or so ago, Patsy let me know the whole story. I am keeping her lifted up for a healing. Join me? Thanks in advance!
This Card is going to Patsy.
Until the next Post…Blessings and Thanks to you ALL!
What a lovely card for your friend Patsy! I do pray that the Lord will work in her life so she can enjoy her family! Your water, or should I say alcohol, coloring is marvelous! Soft and pretty! Thanks for sharing this with the Players this week and using my color challenge!
Thanks Leanne…please keep her in your prayers…Thank you! I used alcohol as a test, and I liked the results…I am sticking to it!
This is such a pretty card that I’m sure will lift your dear friend’s spirits! Your coloring is fabulous and we’re glad you shared your work of heart over at The Paper Players this week!
So pretty! I love that sentiment inside too. Thanks for joining us at The Paper Players!
