Hello All!
My Brother’s Grand-daughter graduated from High School the day I flew up to RI.
Go East Providence Townies!
I made a Card with her school colors,
Red and White!
Here is the Card I made for Emily!
To make the striped front, I used post-it notes across the front about 1 1/2″ apart.
I then marked in pencil, across the post-its, 1/2″ increments.
I then, drew the diagonal thick lines, using a ruler.
Using the ‘brush’ thick end of the Real Red Stampin’ Write Marker,
I drew the thicker lines.
Using the fine tip end on the Real Red Stampin’ Marker,
I drew in between the thick lines, the thin lines.
Using the fine tip on the Black Stampin’ Write Marker, I drew over the
Real Red thick lines, to give it a little more contrast.
I then cut out the Large Numbers, now retired,
and glued down over the drawn, striped, strip. (say that 3X fast!!!)
Here is the inside of the Card!
I thought about the photos, AFTER, I signed the card! A check will be enclosed!
I used the Owl Builder Punch, now retired, to make the owl!
The owl’s hat is a 1″ square! I attached a piece of white bakers twine to
the back of the hat and will pull it over the ear, when I close up the card!
