Hello All!
Today’s Card WAS going to be for a sketch Challenge…but I couldn’t
seem to get this made in time for posting to the challenge.
Here was the Challenge!
Here is my Card!
I stamped and fussy cut the bow tie from another piece of the
True Gentleman DSP and adhered to the greeting with
Mini Glue Dots!
Here is a close up of the bow tie!
So Dapper!
Here is the inside of my Card!
I did fussy cut another bow tie from the same piece of DSP!
I adhered it above the sentiment with Mini Glue Dots!
Here are the Stock and Measures:
Cardstock:
Crumb Cake-card base, 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ score @ 4 1/4″ fold in half on the fold
Early Espresso-mats for the DSP, (2) 3 1/8″ x 4 1/8″
Very Vanilla-greeting label, inside panel 4″ x 5 1/4″
DSP:
True Gentleman-front pcs. (2) 3″ x 4″
a scrap of the DSP to cut out the bow ties
Ink:
Early Espresso-greeting, inside sentiment
Stamp Sets:
Truly tailoredgreeting
Nailed It-retired, inside sentiment
Tools:
Tailored Tag Punch-greeting label and it’s mat.
I punched out the mat in Early Espresso, then cut it in half and adhered to
the top and bottom of the greeting tag!
Here is my Card again!
Truth be told…when I first received this DSP, I was not in love with the ‘brown’
pages or elements of this Suite…but, I have slowly started liking it, a lot! It gives a fresh
look to the DSP, I hadn’t really looked at, when first getting the pack…there will be more
cards coming, but not till closer to June! I still have to decide which cards to make for
my class on June 6th! We shall see!
Until the next Post…Blessings and Love to you ALL!
