Hello Everyone!
Welcome Back for Today’s Card!
CAS Colors & Sketches CCSC#271: a Sketch Challenge
Here is my Card!
The Card base is Night of Navy: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ score @ 4 1/4 fold in half on the score
The squares are cut with the Stitches Shapes Framelits from Whisper White and
Silver Foil Sheet, the stars are cut from the Night of Navy and Silver Foil Sheet
with the Stars Framelits, using the smallest star.
I used the Lucky Stars TIEF to impress the stars onto the card front,
running through my Big Shot machine!
The greeting is stamped in VersaMark Watermark Ink and sprinkled with
Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat set with the Heat Tool.
The greeting is from the Star of Light stamp set.
Here is the inside of my Card!
On a panel of Whisper White measuring 4″ x 5 1/4″,
I stamped the sentiment in Night of Navy and sprinkled with Clear Stampin’
Emboss Powder and heat set with the Heat Tool. I also stamped the silver stars in
VersaMark Watermark Ink and used the Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat
set with the Heat Tool. The sentiment is from the Star of Light
stamp set, as are the heat embossed stars!
Here is the front of the Card again!
Another 2 Cards for the Christmas Season…I know I haven’t done any
in about a month…I need to get to these challenges again!
I had Originally planned to enter this Card into the Merry Monday Challenge, which was to add a star to your card…I missed the deadline this am. I had some personal news and I lost sight of the timeline…just seeing it now and decided to edit.
Until the next Post…Blessings and Silver Stars to you ALL!
Love the stitched squares with the stars. And the embossed background is perfect, too. Thanks for playing along with us at CAS Colours & Sketches this week. Hope we can see your beautiful projects in our future galleries soon.
The stars are very festive! Thanks for sharing your card with us at CC&S!
