Today’s Card is for 2 challenges…
A Color Challenge from

what I found hard in this color challenge…
…how to incorporate the pink!
And the Sketch Challenge from
SSINKSC#51
Here is my take on combining the two!
The ‘pink’ solved! I dyed the Silver Edged Whisper White Ribbon
with the Powder Pink Ink and I used alcohol so it would dry faster!
Attached with a Mini Glue Dot! Done and Done!
Here is the inside of the Card…this can be used for either a Birthday or Father’s Day!
I used another piece of the DSP and glued it to the envelope flap…Truly Tailored!
I am so glad I have a Dad and Brothers that wouldn’t think twice about a ‘pink’ bow!
The Stock and Measures:
Cardstock:
Soft Sky-base, 8 1/2″ X 5 1/2″ scored @ 4 1/4″, folded in half on the score
Night of Navy-front mats, 3 1/8″ X 4 1/2″, (2) 1 5/8″ X 4 1/8″, inside mat 3 3/4″ X 5″
Whisper White-inside panel, 3 1/2″ X 4 3/4″
Very Vanilla-oval greeting
So Saffron-scallop oval mat
DSP:
True Gentleman-3 pcs. on the front, 3″ X 4″, (2) 1 1/2″ X 4″, envelope flap-2 1/2″ X 6″ trim to fit the flap after gluing to flap

Truly Tailored-greeting, inside sentiment
Classic Stampin’ Ink Pads:
Night of Navy-greeting, inside sentiment
Powder Pink-used to dye the ribbon
Tools:
Big Shot-die cutting machine
Layering Ovals Framelits-scallop oval mat

Metallic Edge Ribbon in Whisper White-dyed with a mix of alcohol and Powder Pink Classic Stampin’ Ink
